In view of the World Health Organization’s recent decision to declare the coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic, Sims Advertising has put a policy in place to ensure our employees are safe and informed.
While our office will remain open for our staff, we are closing our office to any visitors, our valued clients and suppliers. We’ll rely on remote meetings and other forms of communications in order to handle projects and ensure our business operations run normally.
Should conditions warrant, we have a contingency plan in place that includes preparing our staff to work remotely.
This situation is certainly new ground – and evolving. We will take our cue from Canadian health authorities in the coming days and keep both staff and clients informed if there are any procedural changes.
We are committed to providing the usual level of service for our clients during this situation while we ensure the health and safety of the Sims Advertising team.
